• your first and last name
• your survey responses, including date preferences and notes
• your decision about whether you want optional reunion text updates
• profile information you choose to add, such as a profile photo and social profile links

We also collect limited technical and session information needed to run the site, such as session tokens stored in cookies and basic verification records tied to a phone number.

How We Use Information

• send one-time verification and login codes by text message
• protect access to the site and maintain user sessions
• record and manage reunion survey submissions
• match submissions against the seeded class roster
• support referral and raffle eligibility tracking
• review and manage verification status in the admin workflow
• send optional reunion updates only if you separately choose to receive them

Text Messaging

We use text messages for account access and security, including one-time verification codes for survey access and login. These messages are sent when you request them through the site.

Optional reunion update texts are handled separately. Choosing to verify your phone number does not, by itself, sign you up for reunion announcements, reminders, or other optional organizer updates.

Cookies And Session Data

We use cookies and similar session mechanisms to keep you signed in, remember your active verification flow, and protect access to private parts of the site. These cookies are used for site operation rather than advertising.

Photos, Media Uploads, And Classmate Visibility

If you upload a profile photo or other media through the reunion site, we store the uploaded file and basic file details needed to manage it, such as file type, file size, upload time, and the account associated with the upload.

Profile photos and media-sharing features are intended for use inside the reunion app. They are not meant to be public to the open internet through this site, but they may be visible to other authenticated classmates where the app provides shared class features.

Verified classmates who have access to classmate or shared media views may be able to see your name, profile photo, and media you choose to share after you complete onboarding. Reunion organizers may also review uploaded media to operate and moderate the site.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the site, such as providers used for SMS verification, site hosting, data storage, and file storage.

We may also share information with reunion organizers who use the admin tools to review verification status, survey participation, referrals, raffle eligibility, and related administrative records.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to run the reunion site, manage participation, preserve fairness and audit history for verification, referrals, and raffle status, and resolve organizer questions or disputes.

Your Choices

• You can choose whether to receive optional reunion update texts.
• You can choose whether to upload a profile photo.
• You can choose whether to add optional social profile links during onboarding.

Some information, such as your phone number and verification data, is necessary to use phone-based login and protected parts of the site.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the reunion site evolves. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
