Use Of The Site

This site is provided to help the Forks High School class of 2016 plan reunion participation, collect date availability, manage verification, support referral and raffle workflows, handle RSVP activity, and manage profiles and shared reunion content.

You may use the site only for legitimate reunion-related purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the site or other users.

Eligibility And Access

Access to some parts of the site requires phone verification and an authenticated session. Organizers may limit, suspend, or deny access if they believe an account, submission, or upload is duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, inaccurate, or inconsistent with reunion administration needs.

Roster matching and verification decisions are part of how the site operates. Organizer review may be required before full access is available.

Text Verification And Login

By requesting a verification code or login code through the site, you agree to receive account access and security text messages at the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply.

Optional reunion update texts are separate from verification and login texts. Agreeing to receive verification or login texts does not automatically enroll you in optional reunion updates.

Your Information And Submissions

You are responsible for making sure the information you submit is accurate and belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide it. This includes your phone number, name, survey responses, social profile links, RSVP information, and any other profile details you choose to add.

Organizers may review, correct, limit, or remove submissions when needed to administer the reunion fairly and safely.

Photos And Media Uploads

If you upload a profile photo or other media, you represent that you have the right to upload and share that content. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a class reunion community.

Media shared through the reunion app may be visible to other authenticated classmates and to reunion organizers. Organizers may remove or restrict any uploaded content at their discretion.

Raffle, Referral, And Verification Rules

Any raffle, referral, or participation incentives offered through the site are subject to organizer review and to the rules built into the reunion workflow, including rules intended to prevent duplicate entries, self-referrals, abuse, or ineligible participation.

Organizers may void, reject, or adjust entries, referrals, access, or verification status when needed to preserve fairness or enforce site rules.

Organizer Control

The reunion organizers may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, including survey flows, profile features, media features, verification requirements, referral programs, raffle workflows, or access controls.

Disclaimer

The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any feature will remain available for any specific period of time.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions as the reunion site evolves. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
